Happy New Year & Future Fashounds Update

A heartfelt thank you to you all!

Happy New Year everyone! We hope you and your loved ones have had a joyous festive season, and that 2023 will be a truly fantastic year!

After a wonderful break to spend quality time with family, we will be reopening the studio later this week to continue dressing your Greyhound fashionistas and help keep them warm during the winter season!

Future Fashounds Results

As you may know, we created the Future Fashounds initiative to formalise our commitment to helping give back to the hounds which we all love and adore so much, and enable us to be transparent in showing you what effect your purchases are directly having on the wider sighthound community.

We are over the moon with how busy you have kept us throughout the last quarter of 2022 and are delighted to announce that, with your help, we have raised an incredible £370 for Hector’s Greyhound Rescue! 👏

Galgos del Sur

It is our absolute delight to announce that the beneficiary of the Q1 2023 (January through March) Future Fashounds fund will be Galgos del Sur!

Galgos del Sur are a non-profit organisation based in Cordoba (South Spain) committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of abandoned galgos.

On top of their wonderful work saving galgos and finding them new homes, they are very active in the Spanish political and legal sphere, fighting for galgos and other animals in cases of animal abandonment and bad treatment.

With the end of the hunting season on February 1st (known as World Galgo Day), we know that sadly many Spanish rescues will receive a lot of galgos in need over the coming months, and we would like to do our bit and help Galgos del Sur this quarter.

We have written a dedicated blog post about the plight of the Galgos if you want to learn more. It is a situation very close to our hearts.

A huge thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts, for all your support. You are making a real difference to sighthounds across the world.
