Processing Times
All our items are hand made to order so we need some time to prepare each one before it is dispatched.
Our processing times are currently 5 to 6 weeks, although please note that some orders could dispatched faster than this.
If you need something in a hurry or for a specific date please do contact us and we will try our best to work something out.
UK Festive Period
In order to avoid disappointment, and to help manage the workload over the festive period, we have set up some cut-off dates for ordering.
Sunday 26th November: All orders placed on/before 26th November will be dispatched by Friday 15th December. Depending on Royal Mail this should hopefully mean that they arrive before Christmas – but we would recommend ordering as soon as you can and selecting a faster delivery method just in case.
Friday 30th November: All orders placed on/before 30th November will be dispatched by 21st December, which should hopefully mean they arrive before the end of the year.
We will be taking a small break between 21st December and the New Year, so all orders placed during the month of December will be processed and dispatched in January 2024.

Items can sometimes take up to 10 working days to arrive after being posted due to delays with the courier. If your order has not arrived by this time please contact us so we can investigate.
