How do I make sure I order the right size?

All of our product pages include sizing information in the descriptions. Alternatively you can take a look at our full sizing guide.

Can I wash my greyhounds garment?

Of course you can! It won’t stay clean and dry for long with all those adventures going on.

All of our Greyhound Pyjamas/T-shirts are made with Jersey Cotton fabrics which are machine washable at 30 degrees. If you need more information please see our dedicated Product Care page.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit/Debit Cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe). We also accept PayPal payments (via PayPal).

When will payment be taken?

Payment will be taken immediately as part of the checkout process. However it may take a couple of days to appear on your bank statement.

Why was my debit/credit card declined?

If your card is declined, you’ll need to contact your bank to find out why. Please try to pay again using a different payment method.

Why was my order cancelled?

Once you place your order in the checkout you have 1 hour to complete the payment process. If this time expires we automatically cancel the order in case you have decided to not complete it, and also to free up the stock for other customers.

When will I get my delivery?

All of our products are handmade to order so lead times will vary depending on demand. Please see our delivery details for the latest processing times.

Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class so should be with you within 3 days of dispatch.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on what items you order and the delivery method you choose. Please see our delivery details page for all the details.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We do deliver outside the UK, but only for items purchased through our Etsy Store. This is due to the complex rules surrounding taxes/duties in different countries. Etsy helps us manage those rules seamlessly no matter where you are in world.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Royal Mail 2nd Class, due to circumstances outside of our control, can sometimes take up to 10 days to deliver a package. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us so we can investigate what has happened.

My Orders

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after payment has been accepted. Simply drop contact us stating your order number and we will be happy to help.

Can I change or add to my order?

Unfortunately not, we cannot make order changes after payment has been accepted. If your order is less than 24 hours old you can cancel it, by contacting us, and then create a new order, or you can create a second order for your additional items.

Why can’t I see my order in my online account?

It’s probably because you checked out as a guest, which means you won’t be able to see your order in your online account.

My order won’t go through – what is wrong?

Oh dear. Try clearing your cookies first. If that doesn’t work, try a different internet browser or another device. If all else fails, get in touch via our Contact Us page and we will try and get it sorted.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

We really hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in unused condition within 14 days for a full refund.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

We are very sorry if your product arrived in a faulty condition. As long as the item is in an unused condition please initiate a return within 14 days for a full refund.

My Account

Do I have to create an account to make an order?

No. If you’d prefer not to create an account you can check out as a ‘Guest’. But please be aware that you won’t be able to see the status of your orders or leave reviews without an account.

How do I change my account name/email address/shipping details?

You can update all your personal details quickly and easily by logging into your account on our website and visiting the ‘Account details’ section.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I access my account?

You can easily reset your password to regain access. On the login page click ‘Forgot Password?’, fill in your email address and we will send you a link to reset it.

If you don’t get an email within 10 minutes (remember to check your spam folder), it probably means you don’t have a password registered with us. You can either set up a new account during checkout or place your order as a guest.

How do I set a new password?

You can choose a new password easily by logging into your account on our website and visiting the ‘Account details’ section.
